Our Team.

Dr. Amit Shah has always had a passion for food since a young age learning fine Indian cuisine from his mother.  While always wanting to go to culinary school he followed in his fathers footsteps and completed medical school.  After working in academic medicine for 5 years he moved to Atlanta to obtain a Masters in Public Health and began working for a medical non-profit.  Wanting a change in lifestyle and career he helped open Café 1933 and became it’s Managing Partner.
